BRUCE RUBINO

President

Hello fellow Owners and Investors of the Island Inn Resort,

I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York and have been living in Florida for approximately three years while still being active in my company as the CEO of Nationwide Chimney and Fireplace Solutions in New York City.

I am proud to hold the position of President on the Island Inn Board, and along with my great colleagues, we worked hard to improve the Island Inn during the past couple of years. I am the proud owner of two units at the Island Inn, and since my initial purchase, it has been a long journey to improve the Island Inn. To maintain a positive direction is my main concern at this point.

We all own a hidden jewel located in a pristine area of Saint Pete Beach/Treasure Island.
I represent the Owners of the Island Inn and I will do my utmost to represent you to the best of my ability.

The Improvements we bring about will catapult the Island Inn to be a fabulous and successful property.

I thank our Board of Directors for their time, effort, and support.

MIKE BOYD

Treasurer

I am a retired CPA after serving 33 years as Treasurer/CFO for a Southern Ohio School District.

My wife, grandson, and I moved to Florida on a permanent basis in 2017 to enjoy the sunshine...

Our love for the beach brought us to the Island Inn where we found a

wonderful friendly staff and so close to the beach you can hear the waves hitting the sand...

A truly hidden gem !

I have served as your Treasurer since July 2019 and continually look for ways to cut cost and making

the Island Inn operations more efficient.

I'm excited about our direction and the vision of future improvements to enhance the appearance and experience our guests and owners will enjoy while visiting Island Inn.

CARYN McDERMOTT

Board Secretary

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, I graduated from SUNY Bing in 1968 and then came to warm and sunny FL to graduate school at UF. Graduated from UF in 1970 and have never left. I’m now a retired high school administrator whose program was the International Baccalaureate Program (IB) at Land O’Lakes High School.

I'm excited and happy to be involved with current events and enhancements for our beautiful Island Inn. All BOD members have been working hard to make these improvements and better presentations for all of our owners. We have a marvelous location on Treasure Island as well as owners who are supportive and willing to pitch in when needed. Together we will be able to do great things.
