Pool Heaters Replaced

After having ongoing maintenance issues with the pool heaters, we replaced both heaters with new hybrid pool heaters. The hybrid technology allows us to add solar heating panels on the same heaters as a phase 2.

Eventually this will enable the Association to heat the pool for 75% of the year using solar energy only and in the winter months heating will be topped up by using electrical power.

Brand new BBQ Grills!

Another 3 new BBQ grills were purchased to replace the grills that failed over the last few months.

Pool Resurfacing project

The pool resurfacing project was completed at the end of October 2020. The pool is in immaculate condition as the pool surface, tiles and coping on the edge were replaced.
