Our main stairwell looked really bad due to high traffic wear and tear. The maintenance team cleaned up and painted the steps & railing on the stairwell next to the lobby. This time, a coating designed for flooring and stairwells is used to ensure a longer lasting and slip-free finish. This is a big project and will be delayed during the busy season as sections of the stairwell is blocked off for at least 4 days to apply new surface.
